Product Returns

Urock accepts all returns made within 14 days from the purchased items delivery date. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless Urock states otherwise.
All clothing, footwear and accessories purchased from Urock must be returned to Urock premises at Savanoriu pr. 192, Kaunas, Lithuania.
Before sending back the purchased products buyer is obligated to contact Urock either by phone +37066519850 or (and) email info@urock.lt and discuss the terms of the return.
When returning purchased products customers are required to follow these rules:
– Product must be returned with the original Urock label;
– Product must be in the same condition as it was received (undamaged inner labels, etc.);
– Customer must complete a return form and send a copy to info@urock.lt email or send the original document together with the purchased product;
– Product must be returned in a tidy package.
Refunds are issued to the customer’s bank account specified in the return form within 2 work days from the delivery date of the returned products.
Urock reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is damaged, untidy, is returned in improper packaging or does not meet the return requirements.
